We do the heavy lifting, and you take the credit. We won't tell! Delivery is available. $75 flat rate to any home located in Valparaiso. Our team will deliver as far as Chicagoland area at a correlated price.
Do you provide International delivery?
We have sent items internationally before; however, it is not a common practice. If you are an international customer, please contact the store for details.
How do I return an item?
All sales are final, thus no return policy is available.
How do I track my order?
Our staff will contact each customer regarding their purchase to answer questions and will provide updates via email when delivery tracking information is available.
How long can I to expect to receive my item?
It is difficult to provide a definite timeframe as to when an item will be delivered to your location, as factors like distance, amount of repair needed, day of purchase, etc., play a role. A general rule of thumb is 3 days for us to repair and package. A carrier will then be contacted to schedule a pick-up within the following 24 to 48 hours. After the item has been picked up by the carrier, it can arrive the next day or 5+ days.
What are your delivery options?
For customers located in the Chicagoland area or Northwest Indiana, items can be picked-up at our store or for a fee, our staff can deliver.(Cost of delivery will depend on location)
*7% sales tax must be paid for these options or all Indiana residents.
If those options do not fit your needs, our store does offer Curbside Shipping to the 48 contiguous states. A liftgate will be arranged for any pacakge over 200 lbs and it's the buyers' responsibity to get the item(s) off the truck, unpackage, and move into the home.
At an extra cost, White Glove service can be arranged, were items will be delivered and moved into your home for you. You must notify the store within 24 hours of purchase asking us give you a quote.
