Do you provide International delivery?

We have sent items internationally before; however, it is not a common practice. If you are an international customer, please contact the store for details.

How do I return an item?

All sales are final, thus no return policy is available. No Returns, No Refunds or Exchanges and No Cancellations.

How do I track my order?

Our staff will contact each customer regarding their purchase to answer questions and will provide updates via email when delivery tracking information is available.

How long can I to expect to receive my item?

Typically, once the item is paid in full, we require 10 business days to prepare, package, and schedule pick up of your item(s) with the shipping company.  When the item(s) leave our dock for FREIGHT shipment, it will generally take 5-7 business days until the shipping company contacts you to schedule CURBSIDE delivery.  FREIGHT shipping requires the buyer to be present at the time of delivery to remove purchase from the freight vehicle. Driver is not responsible for placement of item(s). A liftgate is available for an additional fee and typically recommended for items in excess of 100 lbs.  Shipping to NYC and its five boroughs requires an additional fee. You can ask about other shipping options (white glove, pick up, etc.) should you prefer alternative options. 

The item(s) received MUST be inspected immediately upon receipt.  Be sure to notify your driver of any issues and notate on the bill of waiting. Please report any issues to us within 24 hours of delivery and keep original packaging until any issues are addressed.  Anything to the contrary may nullify shipping claims.

Item(s) not requiring freight delivery may be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.



What are your shipping/delivery options?

Delivery Service

We do the heavy lifting, and you take the credit. We won't tell! Delivery is available. $99 flat rate to any home located in Valparaiso. Our team will deliver as far as Chicagoland area at a correlated price.

For customers located in the Chicagoland area or Northwest Indiana, items can also be picked-up at our store or for a fee, our staff can deliver. (Cost of delivery will depend on location, call store for details)

*7% sales tax must be paid for these options

Curbside Shipping

If those options do not fit your needs, our store does offer Curbside Shipping to the 48 contiguous states. A liftgate will be arranged for any package over 100 lbs and it's the buyers' responsibility to get the item(s) off the truck, unpackage, and move into the home.

White Glove Services

At an extra cost, White Glove Service can be arranged, were items will be delivered and moved into your home for you. You must notify the store within 24 hours of purchase asking us to give you a quote.

Additional Information

The majority of our items are customer returns, scratch and dents, floor models, and trade show samples, etc. This means that although the items are new/unused they may have minor cosmetic scuffs, flaws or blemishes which are addressed by our professional repair staff. These imperfections are what allow us to procure these items and pass them on to you at a significant discount. Homenclature gives you the opportunity to own great and unusual pieces at a fraction of the retail price.  You are not shopping at the original retailer. If you want your item to be absolutely pristine, we suggest you order from the high-end retailer at their high-end prices and automatic shipping charges.
